Professional Experience
- Serene is the Partner in charge of the firm clients' tax matters.
- Prior to joining WSC, Serene spent four years at KPMG Singapore. During her time at KPMG, she was involved in the audit of various banks and financial institutions.
- She is an Accredited Tax Adviser (Income Tax).
- Serene is also a registered Corporate Secretary. She is the director of ST Management Services, which provides corporate secretarial and other book keeping services to clients in the small and medium enterprise industry.
Qualifications/memberships
- Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University (Honours)
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore
- Member of the Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals
